-fairly relaxed culture, 8-5 is the norm -good benefits package -recognized brand in the sector
Cons
-mostly run out NY, little analysis or development done in Europe -little chance for career development because teams are quite siloed and a fairly small company -they took over Xtrakter/Trax but there's little overlap between the two. There's a lot of potential for shared gains but little has been done
