Pros
The current Marketlab leadership team is new within the last couple years and has been very intentional about investing in people and the business simultaneously. As a result, the culture at Marketlab is one of the best I've experienced in my 15+ years across multiple organizations. People are respectful of one another and leadership is supportive of new ideas and ways of working. Additionally, there are impactful development leadership programs launched within the last couple years that support employees at various levels - not just senior leaders. These development programs rival those primarily seen at much larger organizations. And lastly, because it's a smaller company, each employee has the opportunity to make an outsized impact. I've seen many examples of this across the organization in my short time at Marketlab. Because of the investment in the business, there is opportunity to grow professionally, be part of a high-growth environment and contribute to a meaningful and fulfilling mission. I have no hesitation in recommending Marketlab as a wonderful place to work.
Cons
Because there is so much growth happening, there aren't always clearly defined processes or organized communication across teams. This is an environment best suited for someone who can be flexible, sees gaps and proactively addresses them, and is willing to speak up rather than sit back.
