      Pros

      -very easy job -if your in a nice store it’s a plus - flexible hours

      Cons

      -the hourly pay is terrible -commission isn’t as good as they make it sound -all they care about is direct tv sales -no target discount -could be asked to work in so many different stores -random hrs -even managers pay is terrible especially for New York -no real benifts -healthcare sucks -ask to much for to little pay - terrible training -can not live on there money

      - Lots of downtime - Not strict about what you do/wear - The work is simple most of the time - Managers and HR are great

      Pros

      Flexible work environment with remote or hybrid.

      Cons

      Company executives took a trip to Cancun and announced mass layoffs across the entire company the day they returned. Company is poorly managed, leadership does not keep up with shifts in the economic landscape.
