Don't work for this company - Anonymous employee Marketforce Employee Review

As many of you know Market Force is the company that employees the secret shoppers for AT&T, Five Guys and Raising Canes. 1. You will never talk to a real person. 2. You get paid at the end of the month. 3. Read everything. Market Force will take any chance to say that, "We need to inform you that we will not be able to submit the shop to the client that you did on 3/30/2023. This is bad news for all of us because without a report that meets the client’s guidelines, we do not get paid and you do not get paid." 4. When you send back an email to ask why or what you got wrong. They will email you back to say, "Unfortunately, AID ------------ has already been reassigned and completed by another shopper. Once a report has been deemed invalid and reassigned to another shopper then it cannot be overturned." In this they still get paid. Just you will not get paid or reimbursed. 5. If you keep on asking questions, they will delete all the shops you have signed up for and your account. No email as to why. No call as to what happened. 6. Don't work for Market Force. 7. Only pay once a month and even then it is 2 weeks into the next month.
