Pros

When I started at IPSOS MMA as a fresh graduate, I was new to the corporate world. It turned out to be a tough experience that made me stronger, but also made me question some things about the company

Cons

One thing I noticed at IPSOS MMA is that there are a lot of Bengali people, especially in management roles. Unfortunately, some managers seem to mix their personal and professional lives inappropriately. I've seen instances of office romances and drinking on the job, which can be uncomfortable for everyone. Not even one senior management person took any action on them. Getting ahead at IPSOS MMA can feel unfair at times. It often depends on things like your ethnicity, how well you get along with your manager, and sometimes, not even how well you do your job. The work hours can be long and unpredictable, with late nights and early mornings being common. Junior staff often end up with a lot of work, while senior employees may not always be helpful or available for guidance. Despite these challenges, my time at IPSOS MMA has taught me a lot and made me tougher. It's been a mixed experience of personal growth and frustration, showing me the reality of the corporate world.

Pros

- Manager was very flexible and supportive, especially with interns who needed time to familiarize themselves with the company and its tech stack - Great WLB - Everyone on my team was very helpful and always available to help if need be

Cons

- Sometimes my manager would be busy with other work and I'd have no work/be stuck with a problem I couldn't solve myself, but this wasn't a big deal at all.

Pros

Opportunity to own the work end to end; If you have the right skills, you will be noticed very fast and will get promotions.

Cons

Long work hours but a lot of repetition since some of the offshore teams are not as competent with the amount of work load they have. No room for learning. A lot of rinse and repeat. You can get promoted but just do the same type of work but perhaps even just more since you’re good. Lack of communication from management. No real innovation that helps to improve productivity although there is alot of talk about it.
