      Pros

      Friendly and casual workplace atmosphere.

      Cons

      Lack of clear company direction from management created a lot of stress among employees. Communication and support from management were lacking. A lot of energy seemed to be put into sometimes juvenile company activities could have been used to direct the company. Often unprofessional behavior among management.

      We do hold annual team building events to bring our staff together. I can only assume based on this feedback that someone did not enjoy them, which is disappointing to hear. We developed a special committee, staffed by employees, to come up with fun ideas of ways we can do simple, fun things together and learn more about each other. Disappointed that some don't seem to enjoy these activities as they were spearheaded by employees and meant to bring the staff together, not be a waste of time.

      I have gotten to shadow account managers and have learned a lot about SEO.

      Cons

      I came to Marketing Mojo not knowing a lot about SEO, got to learn a lot, but at first did not have much prior knowledge of the industry.

      Pros

      Really great experience getting to work in a wide variety of digital marketing channels and clients. Not many agencies that you can work in SEO, Search, Social, and eCommerce. Since it is a small company you get to play a lot of different parts. Great work-life balance. CEO is an industry leader, that can teach you a lot.

      Cons

      There was often tension between management, however recent changes should reduce that as an issue. Modest salary.
