      Unprofessional management. Family drama spilled over into the workplace, which fostered a stressful, ultimately toxic work environment. Common bickering among management. Low salaries.

      I have gotten to shadow account managers and have learned a lot about SEO.

      Cons

      I came to Marketing Mojo not knowing a lot about SEO, got to learn a lot, but at first did not have much prior knowledge of the industry.

      Pros

      Really great experience getting to work in a wide variety of digital marketing channels and clients. Not many agencies that you can work in SEO, Search, Social, and eCommerce. Since it is a small company you get to play a lot of different parts. Great work-life balance. CEO is an industry leader, that can teach you a lot.

      Cons

      There was often tension between management, however recent changes should reduce that as an issue. Modest salary.
