      Pros

      The owner takes care of his employees and any sort of issues they face at the workplace. He doesn't ignore even minor issues and gets them resolved quickly. A few benefits like travel and unexpected bonuses and a good salary.

      Cons

      Sometimes the workload is too much and it gets hard to maintain a decent work-life balance.

      Pros

      There are no pros to working here. If you join this company, you'll lose your skills and end up working with unskilled duffer people.

      Cons

      projects. The focus seems to be more on personal interests rather than fostering a productive work environment. There is little to no progression or clear direction in the company, and it appears the business is more about appearance than substance. Unfortunately, vulnerable employees are often taken advantage of. Overall, I do not recommend this company for anyone looking for professional growth and a supportive work environment.
