Cons
* The 5* reviews on here are fake and have been posted by HR and top management. *Micromanagement is encouraged from the top down. *Team works against one another, instead of together to reach a common goal. *Scare tactics used to try and make you work harder, when you are already working so much overtime! *Unrealistic and unachievable targets. *So many new staff hired, to then have mass redundancies! *Redundancies due to little or no forecasting. *Job spec was completely different to the role. *Ridiculous processes and templates used for the sake of it. *Never worked for such an unorganised company. *Never have been spoken to and belittled in such a manner for no apparent reason. *Not one positive or nice comment said to me the entire time, even though I had worked over and beyond in my role. *Heirachical structure. *Zero recognition for hard work. *Half day Fridays aren't a benefit when you are working the extra hours Monday - Thursday.
