Get hired for a different role and get put into a different role based on requirement Constant team changes, so u cannot perform well. Only focus is sales numbers... Nobody guides u to achieve that... And moreover leads that a new joinee gets are worthless... So eventually u don't achieve sales targets.... Senior people decide on lead allocation and keep all the good ones to themselves and get 1-2% of sales as commission... U would have this luxury only of u work here for 4-5 years.... Otherwise u would like me keep slogging and ultimately leave the company... HR are the worst team in the company.... They evaluate the performance only on basis of Sales targets and never look into the kind of leads the person has handled... Moreover u would have a salary package with fixed and variable package and the sales team would make sure that u are not paid the variable part as it is not variable and rather a incentive for the sales target achieved above a certain level... Which is just impossible on the leads that u get...
