Company is still in same place with no growth due to turnover and lack of innovation. Look at website. No money being put back into the company to make it competitive and attractive to it's customers. Benefits are the worst I've ever seen. No contribution to employees 401K plan. Once you get hired, you will stay in the position you're in. No growth opportunity. CEO is very conservative. Still printing own marketing and office materials instead of professional quality.
