      Amazing clients are the only reason to enjoy working here

      Cons

      Extremely untrustworthy higher ups. Cannot report anything without retaliation. Policy changes have made moral worse than any place I have ever worked. People are quiting faster than they can be replaced. So many good people that actually cared for the clients are gone. Clients are suffering for this

      What truly sets this school apart is its heart. The dedication, patience, and creativity of the staff make every day purposeful. Seeing a student achieve a new skill or express joy in a way they couldn’t before reminds you why this work matters so much.

      Cons

      The work can be demanding at times, but it’s deeply fulfilling.
