      no pros only cons after joining the company

      Very bad working culture and pay is very low and also they can fire at any point of time without any reason. micro management is there alot. under the name of family in every call they will fool everyone.

      Got to write about the latest tech and AI topics. Feedback was timely given to me and I had a great time with Markovate.

      Sometimes I found that my manager was not available to guide me, and I had to make decisions on my own.

      Pros

      I had a fantastic time working at Markovate. The projects I worked on were exciting, and I really enjoyed the hands-on experience with the latest technology. The salary was competitive, which was a plus for me. The mentorship from seniors was one of the best parts of my experience. They were always there to help me, whether I had technical questions or just needed advice.

      I didn’t face many cons during my time there.
