Pros
There is nothing special with the Marlabs. Actually that time I need a job that will give me some good money. At the tie of joining they told me that there is one month training in Mysore after that you will be deployed at client location. But they did not told that as you came back from client then again you will get 9000 rs.
Cons
Basically It outsource the employees its policy are just hard to digest. At training time they will give you only 9000. After that if you cleared the interview for client then they will give the same package which was offered at the time of your joining. As you came back then again its 9000.
