Towards this, we encourage Martians, as we fondly call our employees, to engage in bettering their hobbies and interests and even have games scheduled in the cafeteria daily. We even have sports tournaments such as the MPL (premier league cricket) and more. None of the above, we agree, takes away whatever it is that added to your experience and your feelings. We take a lot of pride in our employees and ensure we offer as much support as possible to help them grow in their careers. Towards this especially, we offer courses on Coursera and encourage all Martians to do certification courses. In addition to technical training via platforms like Coursera and with external vendors, we provide behavioral training to our employees and managers to ensure that they imbibe the best managerial practices while interacting with their colleagues and team members.
