Pros

Great work life balance which is fed through across the company, there is never an expectation to take work home with you. There are some really valuable SMT members that work hard to promote a culture of trust and ownership to people in their roles. Marley also focuses on continual improvement so even if something isn’t right the first time, SMT work to resolve and improve for future challenges. SMT lead with a people led focus to decision making

Cons

As with any growing company, Marley is a fast pace working environment with continual evolving projects, priorities and focuses based on company requirements. However, sometimes the main goal or vision can be lost as a consequence of the pace, affecting wider company cohesion and working stability.

Pros

There is a Enhanced pension scheme and private medical insurance that are great benefits, the company values employee wellbeing. Free gym membership which is a nice perk Rapid business growth creates plenty of opportunities for personal and professional development. Friendly teams and a genuinely supportive environment make it a great place to work. There’s always something new evolving, which keeps things interesting and opens up areas to learn and grow. Change is frequent, but it brings chances to contribute, adapt, and develop new skills. Lovely new modern offices , a great working environment

Cons

The pace of change can be fast at times but it also keeps things fresh and creates ongoing opportunities to learn and grow. Processes and structures are still evolving but this means there’s room to contribute to shaping how things are done.
