Everything is bad infrastructure and all

Good money and free food at the end of the shift

The managers that took over after Ryan left were a bit psychotic. Mauri was having relations with one of the young servers and Ricardo was sexually harassing most of the women that worked there then getting his insane girlfriend to call them and threaten them. He also would torture the mice and take videos of it before he killed them, then show the videos to the hostesses. It didn't seem like they had lives outside of the restaurant and got a bit carried away incorporating their personal lives in with their business dealings. Very unprofessional. All the skilled servers quit and Mauri fired all of the Mexican men who worked in the back who basically held the restaurant together, because he is racist. After he fired them the restaurant basically fell apart. Very disgusting in the back and I'm surprised there haven't been any health code violations. It's a shame because before he took over the restaurant was a really nice place to work. All the servers had been there for 5+ years and were planning to stay forever until the culture drastically changed.
