      Great place to gain experience and place it on your resume. Large variety of parts. Plenty of OT if you live to work.

      Cons

      New workers are indirectly forced to work overtime through weekdays and Saturday. Certain individuals will back stab you.

      Cons

      A lot of changes and constant growth can be difficult to keep up with at times. Health insurance could be much better.
