Great coworkers, but pay and advancement are disappointing - Master Control Supervisor Marquee Broadcasting Employee Review

Minimal management training. No ways to really move up in the industry. And making only $20 per hour to run an entire department isnt worth it given the odd hours I am required to work. They recently change raised to be merrit based not tenure so good luck getting anything more and the 'raises' they do give feel like a slap in the face.
