1. The attrition rate is SO high, for the all right reasons.
2. Company is "managed" by kids (23-26)
3. No culture / training whatsoever. They believe in the Hire & Fire culture.
4. Senior "management" also does not have the basic mannerisms to speak to the employees. Using cuss words is pretty basic & normal here cause they're a "young firm" lol.
5. Will give you unachievable targets, atleast not with their nigerian data base.
6. No one will ever point out your mistakes if any, its a straight away firing for them.
7. DONT join the firm in lieu of short term salary gains, because trust me its as short lived as they come. You'll end up screwing up 3-4 months of your life because of coming here.
