Pros

- Strong leadership that pushes employees to reach their full potential. - A dynamic and competitive work environment that keeps things exciting. - Earning potential is solid for those willing to put in the effort. - Team-oriented culture with plenty of support from colleagues. - Leadership is open to feedback and constantly looking for ways to improve. - Opportunities to take on more responsibility and grow within the company.

Cons

- High-pressure environment that requires strong time management skills. - Expectations are high due to all of the tech and tools at your fingertips, I love the challenge but may not be for those who prefer a laid-back/slow pace.

Pros

I’ve been with Marquee Insurance Group for over a year now, and it’s been a fantastic experience. As a member of the Renewal Team, I’ve had the chance to work alongside a talented group of people who are genuinely committed to success and teamwork. The leadership team is supportive, and there’s always room to grow and develop new skills. MIG offers a positive, fast-paced work environment with plenty of opportunities to contribute and make an impact. I’ve also appreciated how the company values innovation, especially with the recent leadership changes - no two better people to lead MIG! Overall, I’m excited to be part of a company that values its employees and is always pushing to improve.

Cons

While the company offers great opportunities, the fast-paced environment can sometimes feel overwhelming, especially during peak times. The workload can be intense, and there’s often a lot to juggle, which might be challenging for those who prefer a slower pace. However, this also speaks to the company’s growth and success, so it’s a double-edged sword.
