      The best reason to work at Marriott is the benefits. Good job for a student or someone who doesnt mind working holidays

      Cons

      The pay is very low for the amount of work thats required. Working holidays and weekends.

      Pros

      Free meal, great management team that genuinely cares about the employes.

      Cons

      Employee parking is a daily struggle with no real solution in sight. Traffic in/off the island is just as bad. Co-workers are hit/miss. Some care and truly want to do their part, others just there for a temporary paycheck. A lot of turnover with new faces weekly.
