Pros
Great people, management, work environment, clear expectations, beautiful hotel, a place you can be proud to say that you work, they give back alot to the community as well
Cons
I really don't have cons, but could say that the downside of the industry is that it is 24/7 365 so you miss out on some holidays with family and have to deal with unpleasant people on occasion.
