Pros
Great company to work at with lots of opportunities to grow your career. Headquarters is designed so you never have to leave during the day; there's a cafeteria, gift shop, gym, yoga studio, FedEx and a Starbucks all inside.
Cons
As the worlds largest travel company, it's easy for teams and departments to work in silos. In addition, it can take longer than usual to get anything approved because of the hierarchy. This, of course, depends on what team you work on.
