      Home office, low work load, great benefits, awesome team. Work can be stressful as any other but it can also become very fun at times. Interesting tasks, plus it develops your communication and problem solving skills. Good pay for the amount of work

      Payment is not the best, but it depends on where you live

      Pros

      Large building with many great people you will work alongside and who are very helpful.

      Cons

      Differences of treatment between workers with the hotel and contracted workers felt wrong. Paid hourly but was expected to respond to emails and calls outside of working hours on occasion. Unrealistic expectations from management regarding reviews given the state of the rooms and facilities.
