Where do I begin? I'll try to keep this simple. Upper management and "leadership" team are straight from a bad movie, complete with "yes men/women", political office garbage and absolutely no concern for the lower employee. Upper management have no clue about anything that goes on in the company and only care about themselves and looking good to the CEO Pam. Speaking of Pam it's a love hate thing, on one hand I greatly admire her and look up to her for being such an accomplished women especially in a mostly male dominated field. On the other hand she can be mean, very short tempered and has no idea what goes on in her own company, upper management has her completely snowed. She also doesn't really care about any one not in science. All other departments are non important and treated poorly. The entire company is run on complicated excel spreadsheets, no joke!! inventory, sample tracking, forecasts, production planning, everything. It's an absolute nightmare and makes everything horrifying and difficult. Not to mention dangerous, a few times I had lines or columns deleted off a table and twice an entire folder was deleted. OK last thing, the labs are gross, unorganized and dangerous. Chemicals and unlabeled mystery containers everywhere, cords all over and no space to work safely.
