      Constantly decreasing benefits since the Son took over the company Lack of safety and maintenance protocol despite having a safety team Enthusiastically pushed hard workers beyond their limits while ignoring slackers

      Small bonuses and raise through the year. Free lunch. 20 bucks hour

      Cons

      Very high school. If your not part of the cool kids you will be hated. Lot of telling and pushing work on other people. Not fiar working hours. Lot of standing around.
