Pros
Great people throughout the business who were inclusive, friendly and happy to help out new staff Really nice direct team members who were happy to offer advise and support Lots of different offices and people to visit and get to know Most of the time good access to intranet and IT support when required Large company with good benefits
Cons
Work was up and down with mixed messages over new work coming in. Some team members really busy when others weren't. Decisions made by middle managers didn't make sense to those doing the work Headline information from top didn't match with what was happening within different sectors of the business.
