Highly collaborative work environment and offers opportunity to challenge yourself with work related projects beyond your station.
Cons
Seems more willing to seek out new talent at competitive salaries than it does in retaining it's current employees with highly competitive compensation. Management structure is an inverted pyramid; lots of management and not enough staff to support work loads. A large organization that is often slow or resisted to change.
