Pros
Truly great people. Excellent company culture for the insurance industry. I honestly enjoyed almost every day there. Learned a lot of great skills that have benefitted me in future roles.
Cons
Lack of trust to allow people to make mistakes, grow and learn from them. Growth does not seem sustainable when the new business development team is mostly the executives and not an actual sales team. "Everyone pitches in to sell" in addition to their full time jobs is not a sustainable strategy and goes against the principles they teach the insurance agencies regarding their business development teams.
