Pros
The culture is great-- really entrepreneurial with hardworking and bright staff. The office is beautiful too. With regard to the intern program I think they've done a wonderful job granting interns access to senior members of the firm. Honestly the whole office was quite welcoming to interns and wanted to make themselves available for questions, coffee chats, etc. A lot will be expected of you at the firm, but you will also be able to learn a lot in return.
Cons
The flat hierarchy of the firm may be a deterrent for some looking for a lot of upward growth within a company, although that does not really impact interns or those joining at entry level. Some may not like the relatively early start time and limited WFO flexibility.
