- 4/10s or 3/13s work hours schedule - Lots of OT (optional and mandated) - Growth opportunities, if you relocate - Decent Benefits - Good PTO right when you start - Company provides lunch once a month - Strong Job Security, attendance issues rarely seem to get addressed.
Cons
- Highly Political (Its a stated company cultural value, phrased differently of course) - Very Poor Management across the board - Poor Training - Very High School Clique Environment - High Turnover, more pressure on the people that stay - Those that work hard get taken advantage of, while those that slack off get moved to areas of less impact to the business. - HR Is highly inconsistent when enforcing policy
