Pros
you get 3 lunch breaks & 96 hours of unpaid time you can leave for whatever reason ( if you use it all you get fired ) . They pay for school if you join the union . ( not really worth staying unless you do )
Cons
the job & the pay doesn’t add up . you have a quota & work score every week . if your score doesn’t meet their quotas the job isn’t guaranteed their isn’t much overtime like advertised in the orientation email . Very misleading the payment break down on your check is ridiculous . the shift differential is separate from your base pay so it doesn’t count .
