Slave Treatment - Anonymous employee Marshalls Employee Review

Coordinator treats you like a slave. They don’t even let you go for bio break. You can not use your phone even If there is no customer. They are biased to race and color. If you are one min late after 15 min break they come to break room to harass you. Very immature and inhuman behavior. Lot of backbiting about the new joiners. Not a pleasant experience.
