The community is genuinely amazing. Tons of talented and smart people who are eager to grow with the right core-values.
Cons
Initially I wanted this to be on the Pros, but they are slowly being taken away: - No more company lunch - No more AYCM/BKK pass support - No more snacks (which have been presented as benefits too) They have introduced a famously known time tracker to micromanage the employees whom are already stretched thin under the constant changes There is no clear vision, instead employees are fed with lies and sugarcoated vague statements about the company's future and plans. The onboarding experience itself is held together by your peers having to train you with limited tools and knowledge base, that is hardly ever kept up-to-date, let alone it actually covering all areas for day-to-day work. Updates and important information is being shared and referred back to in slack channels, where they can easily get lost. If you don't happen to find something important that was shared 7 months ago in a channel you were never invited to, it is your mistake. Overall, it is not the experience they are claiming to be so proud of and I do not recommend anyone applying to this company.
