Great and innovative products that will really help the amputee community and change the way others think about prosthetics. Great desire to help others in need. Able to take time off as needed without them keeping track as long as you don't abuse it. $25 cell phone stipend
Cons
Owner is a brilliant creator but has zero knowledge on how to run a business. He sets unrealistic expectations, procrastinates, expects employees and vendors to accommodate his lack of planning. Owner wants certain things to be required of the employees but will not offer the time or space for it at the office; expects them to do things on their own time without compensation.
