Pros
Fun group of people to work with. Widely varied in unique skill sets and all dedicated to their individual jobs, they are accommodating and knowledgable. Personally, I've worked with animators, 3D artists, and compositors. I spoke with video editors, visual effects artists, many art directors, technical artists, sound engineers, the list goes on. This is a family owned and operated production studio with quite the assortment of clients from car companies to Disney.
Cons
Like most production studios, they serve clients and that means they must provide the best quality work within a specified amount of time. Satisfying the clients needs while still meeting deadlines has always been a challenge. I won't lie this part of the job is stressful. My personal advice is to be as accurate as you can with your estimations, so that and adequate amount of time can be scheduled to complete the task.
