      Good employee packages, including health care, lunch, bonus structure Encourage training and paying back into employees

      Cons

      Eratic in the way they carry out changes, particularly with regards to technologys and system changes Too much influence from Global on Market level IT operations

      Pays okay good coworkers Okay hours

      Cons

      Lied to get most of us in the door. Management will promise you one thing then gaslight you when you ask about those things. Management is nowhere to be seen when the actual work is being done, most are working 4-6 hour days 3-4 days a week. Very reactive rather than proactive in their approach to running the business.
