1. Autocratic boss. Only wants yes as the answer and expects complete obedience, No room for negotiation. It's always the "I am the boss " kind of command 2. No work life balance. Work super long hours 3. Lousy system. Everything is so messy and always fire fighting. Nothing has been set in place 4. Super political. Not a single person is genuine 5. Unreasonable rules.
