You get the sense this organistion genuinely cares about the welfare of its employees. From the thoughtful little gifts you receive periodically to the great perks you get alongside the attempt to continually engage with the diverse selection of staff the group have working remotely. They have some great tech propositions, truly embrace diversity and encourage the entrepreneurs amongst the staff. I thoroughly enjoyed my time with this organisation and in different circumstances, I wish I could have extended my stay.
