Pros

Good benefits including health insurance and 401(k). Good employees to work with both in Dispatch and Customer Service.

Cons

The company is currently merging their Dispatch and Customer Service positions, expection employees to take on more work responsibility without an increase in pay. They say they will allow employees to move up in the company but when that employee is ready they are "too good to go anywhere else".

Hello- MTS does allow the employees to continue to be successful and move into other positions. All jobs are posted internally first, allowing the chance for anyone to apply from within. In regards to the merging of both Dispatch and our Customer Service - management is still discussing this as a possible option, however with reassessments of positions - MTS does intend to stay competitive with their wages.
