As for scheduling I had a great work/life balance.

They actively look for ways to cut cost. After 3 years of employment I am still part-time to a position that requires full-time work. They have kept me at part-time to avoid paying for benefits. There is never enough staff or faculty to do all the job duties that are required to operate a business. There are many people here that have taken on multiple job duties or absorbed someone else's job. The majority, if not all, of the employees are stressed and drained (mentally and financially).
