      some solid younger team members that are eager to learn and grow

      Cons

      leadership doesn't clearly communicate direction or individual expectations. Comp plan was not in line with what we negotiated before I joined.

      Nice coworkers usually. Wants to be good.

      Cons

      This place has no money. They fire people all the time because they can’t afford them. Too many successful businesses in the area to settle.It’s not the right area for them.
