-free gym -not much drive among employees so it's easy to slack off -convenient location near highways -nice path for lunch time walks -good place if you're lazy or tired of thinking -nice fish tank
Cons
-very uncompetitive in the industry -CEO and his family conduct themselves very suspiciously in terms of making deals with their siblings, using corporate funds to host private parties -lack of transparency at every level -no sense of purpose -old computers, servers and equipment -nobody speaks English -corporate culture is to follow, not lead
