Pros
I've been at Marvell for 1 year now. For the past year I was a contractor who recently got converted to a full-time role. The Pros of working at Marvell: CHANGE & GROWTH- Both are huge factors of why I choose to be a Marvell employee. You have the ability to advance and (here is the keyword) Learn* constantly. The E-staff is all recently new but the company has had great feedback and support with every addition.
Cons
I had to think of a con------ Mandatory end-of-year shutdown? even that is not a bad con. It's a great time to have off with your family!
