      - Excellent people - Very challenging and interesting projects

      Cons

      - Not enough focus on the people - Does not always seem like the Israeli center is appreciated enugh - Company is sometimes just satisfied with following the market and not leading it so if can be frustrating when ideas are being pushed back

      Great place to work at. Free gym, ev charging, subsidized food. Great managers and well organized intern program

      -high impact work, high visibility, hyped field (AI Infra) -most teams don't have daily standups like traditional software companies, less useless meetings -insanely smart employees -5 days office but management is very lenient; any small reason to wfh is perfectly fine -feels good to be here

      Cons

      pay could be better if compared to the big leagues like nvidia and broadcom
