Pros
Rewards are good for those who are dedicated and willing to be with Marvell for the long haul. It still feels like a start up in many ways since you can take initiatives to get things done--there are usually few road blocks for intiatives that make sense.
Cons
The work hours can be long. Communication is not a strong suit--that is meetings are not considered a top priority. People have to find ways to get the information they need--they need to be able to have hallway conversations about anything and everything. If you're aggressive, this is a good environment for you.
