Stay away from this toxic culture company - Manager Marvell Technology Employee Review

All the VPs and directors just chase the power and money, with no intention to develop the team and talents. Management levels from VPs to directors only care about their interest and their friends or former co-workers. No fairness in this company. Management brings their buddies to the team and treated so unfairly to the existing employees. Very sad to see the existing employees got bad reviews and were forced to leave the company with no stock, bonus or options at all.
