Pros
Marvell Switzerland is indeed a great place to work for a multitude of reasons. First and foremost, it is the engineering team: people are technically solid, collaborative, approachable, friendly and respectful. Beyond that the management team is responsive, transparent and understanding. Evaluation is fair. On the perk side, you will have the opportunity to excel baby foot and billiard :). Office is conveniently located close to supermarkets. If you are an English speaker, you will have the chance to learn French from a friendly teacher who comes to site once every week. In short, if you join Marvell Switzerland, you will enjoy a balance between your life and your work and you will have fun while you technically and constantly grow.
Cons
This is a remote site and there is sometimes a bit of disconnect from the headquarters. But management often tries to fill this gap so that employees get the overall big picture.
