Pros
It is the first company that I've made money from the stock programs. Great technology! Good benefits. Management is focused on technical development (maybe too much...) Fun activities like an annual Ping Pong tournament. Great campus, with good food and sports facilities. For silicon valley, employees are very stable.
Cons
Top management can be scary, and a slip of the tongue in the wrong place can cost you your job on the spot. No one every tells you to stop working.
